Vineyard and terroir
The Merlot comes from organic vineyards in the province of Treviso, around the Sile River.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with only the best bunches selected. They are macerated and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature not exceeding 24 °C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is filtered three times and bottled.
