Vineyard and terroir
The Raboso grows in organic vineyards in the province of Treviso, in the area around the Sile River.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, with only the best bunches selected. The fruit macerates for 15 days at the winery, then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After malolactic fermentation the wine is filtered three times and bottled.
