Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from organic vineyards in the province of Chieti, near the Adriatic coast.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the first ten days of October. They are crushed and gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine matures on its fine lees in steel tanks for about one month, which softens its texture while preserving freshness. It then rests in bottle for a further month, allowing the flavours to integrate.
Tasting profile
Inspired by the style of Provence rosé but retaining an Italian character, it is fresh, clean and subtly elegant, with berry notes. It is slightly fruitier and more expressive in style, with a soft texture.

Pair with a light dinner or seafood.
