Vineyard and terroir
The Nebolè project uses the tips of the most suitable bunches selected in the vineyards. The wine's mineral character reflects the volcanic subsoil.
Vinification
Only the selected bunch tips are vinified as a white wine. The method emerged from research into bunch maturation carried out at Travaglini between 2007 and 2010.
Ageing
The Riserva remains on the lees for 84 months.
Tasting profile
Straw yellow with delicate golden tones and a fine, elegant perlage. The complex bouquet moves between fruit, mineral and toasted notes, with a distinctive suggestion of acacia honey.
Full and sumptuous on the palate, framed by incisive savouriness and vibrant citrus freshness. The texture is broad and smooth, leading to a persistent, almond-toned finish.

Nebolè was created in 2010 as a research-led project based on precision selection within each grape bunch.
