Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of September. After static settling of the juice, fermentation takes place in steel tanks at 14–16 °C for 8–10 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for three months in stainless-steel tanks.
Label / history
The name Fortunae derives from “Fanum Fortunae,” the ancient name of Fano, a town in the heart of the Bianchello del Metauro wine region.
