Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 300–500 m above sea level and have a southwesterly exposure. The vines grow on limestone soils, where the grapes reach full ripeness.
Vinification
The grapes undergo skin maceration for 12–15 days at 26 °C, with daily pump-overs.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks and oak barriques for around four months. After bottling, it rests for a further stabilization period before release.
