Vineyard and terroir
The Grillo grapes grow in clay soils at 400 metres above sea level, with a south-eastern exposure.
Vinification
The must is vinified in stainless-steel tanks for 20 days at 12–14 °C.
Ageing
After fermentation the wine rests for several months in bottle in the winery's cellars.
Label / history
"Time" belongs to a premium range whose names are ancient Greek words: Timè, Eycos, Sofè and Zoe, meaning respect, pride, wisdom and family.
