Valdo and C. Mondavi Family partner for the United States

The first stage began with US distribution of Valdo wines. A second phase envisaged an equal joint venture importing and distributing Italian wines, while a third proposed a production line in Napa Valley supported by Valdo’s sparkling-wine expertise. Pierluigi Bolla presented the agreement as a strategic, multi-year project extending beyond a conventional distribution arrangement.
