Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in Vallebelbo’s vineyards in Piedmont, typically on very steep hills at 200–400 m above sea level. The soils are rich in limestone and calcium.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. The base wine undergoes a second fermentation with sugar and yeast in sealed pressure tanks, following the Italian Charmat method.

Suitable as an aperitif or with light appetizers, fish, seafood and shellfish.
