Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the company’s vineyards in the province of Piedmont. The vines generally grow on very steep hills at 200–400 m above sea level, in soils rich in limestone and calcium.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and sugar levels. Using the Italian Charmat method, the base wine undergoes a second fermentation with sugar and yeast in sealed, pressurized tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with fruit- or berry-based desserts, sweet pastries with fruit fillings, or ice cream.
