Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Villa Mottura’s own vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Traditional maceration lasts 10–12 days. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with délestage and remontage, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures for six months in French oak barrels.
