Vinification
The grapes are harvested in September and fermented on the skins in amphorae for 6 months.
Ageing
The wine ages for 24 months in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels.
Label / history
The first vintage was released in 2004 under the name "Solo" MM4. The current bottling is labelled MM18. The minimalist label reflects the rugged, stony vineyard slopes and the strong character of the estate's winemakers.
