The grapes come from vineyards in Piedmont.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested mechanically once they reach optimal ripeness. The must is vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, using the traditional method for dry red wines.
Serving and pairing
Suggested with meat appetizers, oily fish, poultry, cheeses and pasta.
