Vinification
The base wine retains natural residual sweetness before dealcoholization. Alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation at low temperature and without chemical additives. The process is designed to preserve Riesling’s primary aromas, crisp acidity and mineral character.

Dealcoholized sparkling wine from Germany, available in a 750 ml bottle. Contains sulphites.
Tasting profile
Vibrant fruit, freshness and characteristic Riesling minerality are joined by refreshing lightness. Natural sweetness in the base wine contributes balance before dealcoholization.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 6–8 °C. Suitable as an aperitif or with appetizers, fish dishes and Asian cuisine.
