Questo vino
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the estate’s vineyards in Veneto, at 60–120 m above sea level, on clay-limestone soils.
Grapes
Glera accounts for at least 60% of the blend, with Chardonnay and Moscato Bianco.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. They ferment in large stainless-steel tanks for 10–12 days at a controlled 17–18 °C. A second fermentation follows in sealed autoclaves for 12 days at 15 °C, using the Italian Charmat method. The wine is filtered before bottling for clarity.
Ageing
The wine spends about one month on the lees.
Tasting profile
Glera contributes floral and fruity notes, complemented by acacia blossom and honey from Moscato Bianco. Chardonnay adds structure and a smooth texture.
Label / history
The cuvée was first released in 2007.
