Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the estate’s vineyards in Veneto.
Grapes
Glera contributes floral and fruity notes, Moscato adds hints of acacia blossom and honey, and Chardonnay provides structure and a soft texture.
Vinification
The grapes are gently pressed. The must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts, followed by a second fermentation using the Charmat method.
