M1435 – The 8th Issue

The winter edition follows the quieter seasonal rhythm of the estates. At Zisola it focuses on a Mediterranean citrus garden planted with Navel and Valencia oranges, pink grapefruit, lemons, mandarins and avocados. The orchard is cultivated organically, with attention to natural cycles and carefully timed harvesting. The edition also follows the hand harvest of the 2025 olives at Zisola and the other Mazzei estates, presenting temperature control, oxygen-free processing and immediate filtration as tools for preserving freshness, aromas and phenolic content.
