Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in the Cervignano del Friuli area of northeastern Italy.
Vinification
The grapes are delicately crushed and gently pressed in vacuum presses. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of approximately 18 °C.
