The fruit comes from Zonin’s vineyards in the Veneto region.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested when ripeness and acidity are in balance. The wine is produced by the traditional Italian Charmat method: after the first fermentation, tirage liqueur is added to the base wine, followed by a second fermentation in sealed stainless-steel tanks.
