About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow in limestone soils with pockets of clay and sand. The sites are sheltered from the wind by the Dolomite Mountains.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, then destemmed and pressed. The wine is produced by the Charmat method, with a second fermentation in sealed autoclaves to create the bubbles. The natural sugar is fully fermented.
Serving and pairing
Suitable as an aperitif and with fish, seafood, molluscs, risotto, vegetables and cheeses.
