About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in southern Piedmont, in the provinces of Asti, Alessandria and Cuneo.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand from August to mid-September. The wine is made by the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle.
