About this wine
Vinification
The Glera grapes are harvested by hand to keep the berries intact. The must undergoes primary fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by secondary fermentation in stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat–Martinotti method. The natural sugars are fully fermented. This process preserves the grapes’ fresh, fruity and floral character.
