The grapes are grown in the vineyards of Abbazia di San Gaudenzio.

Cortese, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco are used in equal proportions, with a small addition of Pinot Nero to contribute delicate berry notes.
Vinification
Secondary fermentation takes place by the Charmat method.
