Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the vineyards of Abbazia di San Gaudenzio.
Grapes
Cortese, Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco are blended in roughly equal proportions.
Vinification
Secondary fermentation takes place by the Charmat method.
Tasting profile
A delicate, easy-drinking sparkling wine with a softer taste. It contains 15–25 g/L of residual sugar.
