About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Piedmont at an altitude of 200–300 m, on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
The wine is made by the Charmat method. Secondary fermentation takes place in sealed autoclaves, where the bubbles develop.

Suitable as an aperitif and with fruit desserts and pastries.
