Made from selected grapes from the estate’s vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the first half of September and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Tasting profile
Elegant and refreshing, with a balanced, fresh aroma. The palate is delicate and refreshing, with notes of ripe yellow fruit and jasmine.
Serving and pairing
Pairs especially well with soft and blue cheeses, freshwater fish, light vegetable salads, seafood and fresh sweet fruit.
