The fruit comes from the Donna Mira vineyard.
Grapes
The wine is produced from selected grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a long, temperature-controlled maceration in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 24 months in stainless-steel tanks, followed by 24 months in 225-litre barrels made from Allier, Never, Vosges, Troncais and Limousin oak. It then rests in bottle for 12 months in the winery’s cellars.
