About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay comes from a single vineyard near Vagliagli, with limestone- and clay-rich soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in the second half of September and vinified traditionally. The must ferments in stainless-steel tanks for 12–15 days at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel tanks for 2–3 months.
Tasting profile
The 2014 vintage has freshness and a delicate fruity aroma.
Label / history
Annual production is approximately 6,000 bottles.
