About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in Puglia, where a broad Mediterranean coastline and plains gradually rise into low mountains. Fresh sea breezes cool the sun-baked limestone soils.
Grapes
Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay are used in equal proportions.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. All winemaking takes place in neutral vessels to retain freshness and bright varietal character.

Fresh, with bright varietal character.

Suitable as an aperitif or with light dishes, appetizers, fish, seafood or poultry.
Label / history
The wine was created especially for the Galop company for the 2018 General Assembly of the International Equestrian Federation. It is presented in a distinctively designed bottle with label artwork by Misha Lenn.
