About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Chardonnay grows on clay soils with a high proportion of sand. The vines are trained as small, tied-up trees (alberello) and are about 26 years old on average.
Vinification
Harvest takes place in the second or third ten-day period of August. The grapes are sorted and pressed at the winery. The must ferments in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
