About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Fiano is grown on clay soils with plenty of sand, trained as alberello appoggiato. The vines are 10 years old on average.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested during the second and third ten-day periods of August. At the winery they are sorted and pressed, and the must is fermented in steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
