About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Puglia, where Primitivo has been grown for generations.
Vinification
The fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine then stays in the tanks to mature on its fine lees.
Ageing
After its time on the fine lees in stainless steel, the wine is aged with care in large oak barrels.
Tasting profile
Deep in colour and complex, with a full-bodied structure. Maturation gives it impressive depth.
