About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie in Friuli-Venezia Giulia, between Lestans, Valeriano and Sequals. The soils are a mix of clay and limestone, which give the wine body and richness. The vines are trained on the Guyot system, which helps the bunches develop well and yield grapes of the highest quality.
Vinification
The wine macerates briefly on the skins, which adds richness and vibrancy. Gentle pressing preserves its fresh, bright character. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine ages in stainless steel tanks on its own lees, which brings out its natural aromas while keeping it balanced.
Tasting profile
Characterful, structured and well balanced, combining gentle freshness with depth. It reflects its terroir and Friuli's long winemaking tradition.
