About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit grows in northeastern Italy on stony, gravelly soils. The vineyards are densely planted and trained using the Guyot system to promote even ripening.
Vinification
Pinot Nero and Chardonnay are handled separately to preserve each variety’s aromas and qualities, then blended. Secondary fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks using the Charmat method. Fermentation is stopped when the desired sugar balance is reached.
Tasting profile
Balanced, fresh and lightly scented, with aromas of white fruit.
