About this wine
Grapes
A blend of different red grape varieties.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in late September. After cold maceration they are pressed to give the wine its pink colour, and the skins are then separated using a special pneumatic press. Temperature is controlled carefully during fermentation.
Ageing
Aged in steel tanks, to preserve the fresh fruit character and bright bouquet.
Tasting profile
Fresh fruit acidity, an inviting bouquet and a distinctive, expressive taste.
Serving and pairing
Served chilled. Suited to an aperitif from May to September, such as an outdoor picnic or dinner on a balcony.
