Allegrini at the Valpolicella & Friends event

The event was scheduled for 13 October at Amistà restaurant in the Byblos Art Hotel Villa Amistà, with chef Mattia Bianchi. An aperitif with live music was followed by dinner, pairing dishes based on venison, truffle, pigeon and chocolate with wines from the Allegrini range. It was presented as the first of four evenings intended to promote the district.
