Decanter gives Fieramonte 100 points for the second consecutive year

Decanter awarded 100 points to Fieramonte 2016, marking the second consecutive full score after the 2015 vintage. The previous award had made Fieramonte the first Amarone to receive that score.

The recognition strengthened the wine’s position within La Place de Bordeaux, where Allegrini had entered the distribution network in September 2022 with Fieramonte and La Poja. The announcement connected the result to upper-hillside viticulture, careful appassimento and the estate’s long-term recovery of the Fieramonte site.
