New governance for Allegrini

The family signed an initial agreement to divide key assets and restructure ownership and management. Francesco, Giovanni and Matteo Allegrini, Franco’s heirs, were to acquire the majority interest in the Verona-based Allegrini and Corte Giara companies and manage them with Silvia, Walter’s heir.

Marilisa Allegrini and her daughters Carlotta and Caterina retained the Tuscan wineries Poggio al Tesoro and San Polo, together with Villa Della Torre in Fumane. Separate legal, financial, valuation and tax advisers assisted the two family branches, with the deeds assigned to notary Cristiano Casalini.
