La Collezione Rive Extra Brut

Andreola presented the Collezione Rive Extra Brut at Vinitaly three weeks before the announcement. The collection does not introduce new wines; it brings three existing Rive expressions together around a shared choice of no residual sugar. The format is intended to make differences in soil, exposure and microclimate especially clear across three distinct vineyard identities.
