Antica Fratta hosts the welcome dinner for the XXXI JRE Italia National Congress

The XXXI National Congress of JRE Italia brought the association’s chefs to the historic cellars of the Berlucchi Group on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 March 2024. Antica Fratta hosted the Sunday welcome dinner in its cellar spaces. The following day’s assembly and gala dinner took place at the historic Berlucchi winery and Palazzo Lana, where the association also presented four new members: Alex Haselwanter of Ristorante Unterwirt, Damiano Dal Farra of Locanda San Lorenzo, Gian Marco Russo of Granoturco Bistrot and Francesco Laera of Fè Ristorante.
