The programme began with a guided cellar tour at 19:30 and dinner at 20:30. The menu paired Trebium Trebbiano Spoletino 2022 with focaccia, crostini, onion quiche, vegetables and farro salad; Montefalco Grechetto 2022 with aubergine-and-basil lasagne; Montefalco Sagrantino 2018 with roast pork in Sagrantino reduction and rosemary potatoes; and Montefalco Sagrantino Passito 2018 with chocolate cake.
