Vinification

The grapes are harvested early, around the end of August, to retain freshness. Rosé vinification includes 2–3 hours of contact with the skins.

Ageing

Approximately 36 months on the lees.

Technical data

Vintage: 2019. Alcohol: 12.5%.

Tasting profile

Light pink with onion-skin nuances and a very fine, compact and persistent perlage. The intense bouquet brings together wild red berries, floral notes and mineral tones. Fresh and elegant on the palate, with sustained length and a pleasant finish recalling blackcurrant and sweet almond.
