STRAORDINARIO 2018. Lo street food fuori dal comune.

The fourth StraOrdinario was held among Barone di Villagrande's vineyards in Milo alongside ViniMilo. The event gathered 800 participants and served 12,000 tastings and 4,000 glasses of wine. Twenty chefs from across Italy took part, together with 16 Etna wineries and 12 street-food producers and artisans.

Two prizes were awarded through participant and professional voting. The popular jury selected Giulia Carpino and Accursio Craparo's pane, cipolla e fegato as the 2018 Straordinario dish. A jury of journalists, chefs and industry professionals gave the critics' prize to Valentina Chiaramonte for Chorba, a dish devoted to the theme of integration.
