About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed once ripe and vinified without added cultured yeast. Maceration lasts 14 days.
Ageing
The wine rests for 3 years in oak casks of 3,000 to 5,000 litres, then a further 10 months in bottle after bottling.

Bellafonte produces 6,500 bottles of this wine each year.
