About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed once ripe and vinified without cultured yeast. Maceration lasts 14 days.
Ageing
The wine ages for one year in oak barrels. After bottling it rests a further 6 months.
Label / history
Bellafonte produces 17,000 bottles each year.
