About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is harvested from the hills of Treviso. All of Bellenda’s vineyards lie within the Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOC area.
Vinification
Very little machinery is used during harvest. The grapes are gently pressed and left for 10–12 hours before the juice is transferred to another vessel. The wine undergoes two fermentations, with yeast and sugar added during the second. It is then cooled to −5 °C, allowing undissolved particles to settle.
Label / history
Once fully sparkling, the wine is bottled in fine-glass bottles. Bellenda was founded in 1986 in the heart of Prosecco di Conegliano Valdobbiadene.
