About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The local grapes are grown on the hills of Veneto.
Vinification
Made without added sulfites, the wine undergoes a single fermentation that finishes in the bottle instead of a secondary fermentation. The natural yeast sediment remains in the wine.
Tasting profile
Typical varietal aromas accompany fine, delicate bubbles. The retained yeast sediment can give the wine a cloudy appearance. With time after the harvest, its aromas and flavours gain complexity.
Serving and pairing
Serve in a large Prosecco glass. For a clear wine, open the bottle without shaking and pour it gently into a decanter. For a cloudy version, pour directly into the glasses; the first pours will be clear, with progressively more natural sediment in later glasses. It pairs with both everyday dishes and festive meals.
