Slow Wine 2023

Castellari Bergaglio represents a longstanding strand of Gavi production in Rovereto. Marco Bergaglio carried forward the family's history through consistent work founded on shared principles.

The headquarters and nearby vineyards occupy marly and limestone soils at Rovereto, while other owned plots lie in Tassarolo on red clay. The agronomic approach places strong emphasis on sustainability. Production is centred on the many potential expressions of Cortese, the symbolic grape of the territory.
