The vineyards have remained with the same family since the end of the nineteenth century, when Castellari Bergaglio began producing wine. They extend through the Gavi production area between Rovereto and Tassarolo. The estate's guiding idea treats the production of Gavi as an art and seeks to give its wines a recognizable territorial identity.
