"Casa Bertani" in Cortina

Casa Bertani opened in May 2025 through a partnership with Cooperativa di Cortina and The Roof, Cortina Bistrot & Lounge Bar, led by chef Graziano Prest of the Michelin-starred Ristorante Tivoli. The Roof operates from breakfast through dinner and has 60 seats, including a panoramic terrace overlooking the Dolomites.

The collaboration combines Bertani wines with Prest's cooking and runs for three years through the Milano–Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. The venue was designated for launches, presentations and limited releases, beginning with the BertaniON project. A programme of three reservation-only Wine Club dinners was also planned, pairing special vintages with menus devised for each event.

The interior refers to Ampezzo mountain architecture and traditional crosere barns, using recovered timber alongside contemporary elements such as pressed-paper seating.
